To maintain weight and healthy lifestyle while toning body and increasing strength.

Time in a busy role which involves travel, cost in using Personal Trainer and Gym and motivation.

Q5: What causes you to stop exercising/eating healthy etc. (how have you overcome this)

Workload, excuses, wrong mindset and not setting realistic goals and timelines.

Never underestimate the value of nutrition, never say I don’t have time, it is always there but just misspent.

You can achieve anything you set your mind to; if you truly believe you can’t then you won’t, if you think you can then you will.
