I had some salmon in the freezer and the thought of frozen fish for tea filled me with depression. This recipe has all you need and is super healthy!!
Firstly bring two pans to the boil place edamame beans into 1 for 90 seconds then run under cold water I squeezed the beans out of the casing but you can leave in. In a bowl mix honey, sesame oil, light soy sauce, rocket, red pepper, chilli (remove seeds for less spice), plain peanuts/cashews, chopped spring onions. Lay that mixture on the plate with salmon resting on top. Hey presto Healthy Hack!
