If you’re ever looking for a sugar free alternative to baking. Well we have just the recipe to help you… a 30 minute number (the equivalent to one episode of come dine with me) you can easily share and make.
Ingredients
- 100g of coconut flour
- 4 eggs
- 2 table spoons of nutmeg
- ½ tea spoon of salt
- One grated apple
- 2 grated carrots
- 150g of raisins
- Coconut oil
Instructions
- Turn on the oven to 150
- Add flour and the flavourings to a bowl
- Insert the grated fruit and then the eggs
- Mix with a spoon
- Place all the ingredients in a baking tray which has been previously greased with the coconut oil.
- Place in the oven for 20 minutes
- Let it cool
