Water water everywhere and not a drop to drink… why? Because you potentially are bored of it, and/or you are in a restaurant where water is pricey and you’re trying to work out the age old question. Starter and main or main and pudding.
Infused Water – quoted to be the “Ultimate Detox and Weight Loss Secret…” Before you get too excited I am going to say that’s rubbish! The word ‘ultimate’ can carry a lot of expectations and can lead to – unfortunately – delusional opinions;
“Pimms cannot be classified as near to healthy”
Though I have to say I have a water infusion bottle. And credit where credit is due I love it as a Fitness Hack. … que cheesy promotion in the attempt to try and get a free sample sent…
But in a serious note I go through 3 to 4 times the amount of water I previously did a day (add lemon to the water to protect your immune system and alkalize your body, and boost your metabolism). More because, judge me if you will, water isn’t so great some times. And if you add some mint (I recommend) or lemon or anything which suits your fancy – even frozen berries, which is the first time I have had an ice cube which I don’t mind replacing my drink, it makes being healthy that much easier.
For reference benefits include (please note a lot of these come with water but fruit infusion makes it that much easier…)

- Keeps food moving through your system.
- Keeps your organs healthy while you’re sweating.
- Reduces muscle fatigue while working out.
- Helps you recuperate faster from a workout.
- Keeps you from feeling groggy in the afternoon.
